Ordering Online
This is the fastest and most convenient way to place your order. You may
browse our online catalog and use the "Add" buttons (placed under each product)
to add items to your online shopping cart. You can also use the "Shopping Cart"
link to review the items you have selected, change quantities, or remove items
you no longer want.
Once you are done adding products to your cart, click "Checkout" and the system
will walk you through the checkout process. You will have to provide your
shipping and billing addresses as well as your credit card information if
required. Your order will be received when you complete the checkout process by
clicking "Place Order". We will then process your order and email you with the
status.
Ordering by Fax or Postal Mail
For your convenience, we also accept orders via fax or postal mail. To
order by fax or postal mail, simply print and complete the order form:

Please note that fax or postal mail orders may take longer to process than
online orders.
Payment
All prices shown throughout the store are in USD $ dollars.
Online and fax orders must be paid with a credit card. We accept the following
mayor credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus. If you purchase with a credit card, the charge will
appear as "BCPCHARGE.COM" on your statement. Bank debit cards bearing a credit
card logo can also be used.
Postal mail orders can be paid with credit card, check, or money order. If you
mail a check or money order, it must be denominated in US$ dollars and drawn
from a US bank. If you reside outside of the United States, you can go to your
local bank and purchase a cashier's check in US$ funds and drawn from a US bank
account for the exact amount of your order. We do not accept checks or money
orders in currencies other than US$ dollars.
Shipping
We offer free priority shipping to domestic and worldwide locations. We
also offer express shipping to the US and the US Protectorates Shipping Region
for an additional charge.
All orders are processed within 24 hours of the time they are received, and
usually ship the same or following day (Saturdays and Sundays excluded) based
on the available inventory.
If you reside in the US or one of the protectorate shipping regions, you should
expect your package within three to five days for free priority shipping
or one to two days for express shipping. If you live outside of the
US, you should expect your package in two to four weeks.
The estimates above are based from the date your order status changes to
"Completed" , and can be affected by out of stock items (see Backorders below),
mail carrier delays, or by Customs processing in your country.
Backorders
At times, some items we sell may be out of stock. When this
happens, we may ship a partial order or place your order in "Backordered"
status until all the items become available.
Out of stock items usually become available within 5 to 10 days, but can
sometimes take longer. Orders delayed by out of stock items are given the
outmost priority, once we receive the items from the manufacturer. Our goal is
always to ship your order as quickly as possible, full and complete.
International Customer Information
We can ship to virtually any address in the world, except countries listed under
US embargo. A small group of countries may be also considered at high risk for
credit card fraud. If your order is being shipped to one of these countries, we
may require additional information to process the credit card or we may ask you
to submit payment via other means (e.g., mail in a check) before shipping your
order.
We package international orders in small cardboard envelopes that usually weigh
less than one pound. These are typically not subject to customs
inspections. Because these envelopes are limited in size and weight, larger
orders may be split and shipped separately. Therefore, if you ordered several
items, do not expect them to arrive at the same day or in one single package.
For example; one envelope can hold one VHS tape or three DVD discs. Please also
note that standard DVD boxes do not fit inside these envelopes, so we must ship
DVDs in smaller impact-resistant casings without the manufacturer's marketing
box cover.
Customs
Your packages may also be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the
country to which you have your order shipped. We have no control over these
charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from
country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further
information. As the purchaser, you are considered the importer of record and
thus compliance with import regulations is your responsibility. Please be
advised that we do not offer refunds for confiscated shipments.
Your Protection and Privacy
Our primary goal is to insure your satisfaction as a customer, and we
certainly do NOT want to get you in trouble with your boyfriend, girlfriend,
boss, lover, wife, husband, roommate or whomever. Therefore you can be assured
of the following:

confidential. We will never sell your name to anyone else. Nor, will we use
your name, address, or phone number, to promote our goods and services ...

Our contact with you, will be limited to email correspondence at the email
address you used to place your order. If you are concerned about email
communications, please use an email account for which you are the only person
with access. You may also use one of the many free email services (e.g.,
Hotmail or Yahoo Mail) to create an email account for your purchases. Please DO
NOT use a fake email address, as your email is required to get your order
status and for us to contact you if there are any problems with your
order. We will only contact you by phone if you provide us with your phone
number and explicitly ask us to call you by phone to address any particular
issues with your order.

All orders are shipped in plain boxes without any labeling that may indicate
this web site as the source. The return address for ALL shipments is that
of our parent company, "BCPI", and does not bear the name of this web site or
any web address.

Your credit card statement will show the charge as "BCPCHARGE.COM " for
your purchase.

We ship all VHS tapes in plain cardboard sleeves and not the large printed
boxes that some manufacturers use. On international shipments, we do not ship
the standard DVD boxes and use smaller casings instead. Also for international
orders some tapes or DVDs may have a non-descriptive label
(or not label at all) instead of the
manufacturer's marketing labels.
Safe and Secure Shopping
We want your online shopping to be worry-free, so we use Secure
Sockets Layers (SSL) on our secure server to encrypt all of your personal
information and credit card number when it is transmitted from your computer to
us during the checkout process. This encryption process ensures that the
information you give us is protected against unauthorized access and cannot be
read by anybody but us.
To check the security of your connection, look at the lower left-hand corner of
your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a
closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active. You can also
double-check by looking at the address line of your browser. When accessing a
secure page, the first characters of the site address will change from "http"
to "https". Lastly, you can click on the "secure site" stamp shown below the
menus to verify our SSL certificate.
We have implemented technology and security features, as well as strict internal
guidelines, to safeguard the privacy of your personal information from
unauthorized access or improper use. We also actively continue to enhance our
security procedures as new technology becomes available.
Defects, Returns, and Refunds
Defects
We stand by the products we sell 100%. But while we wish that all of
the products we sell were defect free, unfortunately that is not
possible.
If a product is supplied to you defective, or if it gets damaged in transit, let
us know. Simply return the defective product, and as soon as we get it, we will
rush out a replacement to you.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We sell prerecorded materials which are protected by
copyright laws and can not, under any circumstances except defects, provide a
refund for items purchased through us after your order has been shipped to you.
Please do NOT send back items asking for a refund. We are unable to do this. If
you do send back any items, we will return the package to you. If you are
dissatisfied by the quality of the content, editing or any similar aspect of
the product, PLEASE contact the manufacturer directly as we are unable to act
on their behalf.
Sales Tax
Any order shipping to the state of ME (USA) will be charged the
appropriate state sales tax.
